An HONOUR TO BE ALONGSIDE WITH THE AMBASSADORS OF ASEAN(Association of South East Asian Nations)
At Asean Headquarter
One of my greatest experience was representing India at ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) comprising of 12 nations. It was an overwhelming experience to represent ASEAN from India for my Carstenz Pyramid expedition. The ASEAN had arranged a flag handover ceremony which was attended by many dignitaries like the Russian, U.S. ambassadors and the honourable members of ASEAN.
It was an honour to unfurl the ASEAN flag along with the Indian tricolour. The ceremony was organised at the ASEAN headquarters in Jakarta (Indonesia). It was a delight and a proud moment to represent ASEAN on behalf of India and deliver a talk on Women Empowerment on a global stage, where the Hon’ Prime Minister of India had also delivered a speech few months ago. It was indeed proud moment to talk on the same stage.
